Cancellation Policy

Before an order ships, cancellation is free of charge.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

Once it is with the carrier, the 30-day return policy is the way to unwind the order.

Cancellations we make

Should we need to cancel — bad stock or an address we cannot reach — the refund is full and immediate.
