Returns and Refunds

The return period runs 30 days from delivery, and is described in full below.

Condition we can accept

We accept unused items in their original packaging. Once used, an item is no longer returnable.

How to return something

1. Open a return by emailing [email protected] with your order reference.
2. We send the return address and a tracking reference.
3. Return the goods in packaging that protects them.
4. Following inspection the refund goes to your original payment method.

Who pays the return postage

Return carriage is the customer's for unwanted goods and ours for faulty or incorrect ones. We charge no restocking fee.

How the refund is made

Refunds go back to the original payment method after the return has been checked in.
